This is the longest BPO company I've ever been to. We were never pressured by our numbers, they give updates and and suggestions that are easy to follow. Give incentives most of the times. Stress with your client's issue is easily overcome for the answers are given readily.

My team specifically, are work-oriented. We enjoy helping one another, if we can, while we are working.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company is looking for the newest trend and find a way for us to experience it in a "ridiculous" way.
What makes you most happy at work?
Team meetings for us to share a lot of work experiences and life trends. It happens once a week and a review time in updates for thirty minutes a day when there are no meetings. This is on top of weekly coaching. We really are into numbers. We are working hard to keep it up.
