My job is satisfying. The Perks of the company is really something to brag, however salary needs to be more competitive.

Company is good. Pay is not as competitive as some but I stayed for comfort.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been in this industry for more than 10 years now. For some reason, our company's salary is the lowest amongst the people I know. Most of them back out after learning how much the salary is.
