The job itself was great, my friends, my mananger. After going through 1 campaign sunset you get this trauma of it happening again, so you stress and you alrwqdy know your job is NOT secure so every townhall you think is bad news, every "meeting" your stomach just turns til there is that one

My manager, she has always kept it 100% with us and has been supportive
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being transparent, working on contracts with clients, im losing my job once again with this company, the trauma the have put on me is real. Never returning to this horrible place again. There is NO transparancy
