A lot of experience that is first time. I never been in the company where you can express yourself through the activities we celebrate and do every month. I feel valued and comfortable everyday to do my work and can also have fun at the same time.

I can't say its a happiness but just being with my friends and talking with them makes me feel good.

for compensation package, actually the basic pay is slower for some tenure agents but for newbie it is a great deal
