it used to be awesome, now it's not. 4 yearly reviews and we've all only ever gotten one pay raise. the why is never explained. people lose their job all the time due to client moving campaigns overseas for cheaper. this company does not care about its American employees. just the money.

It started out great. Very positive. Over the years. the company has failed its employees immensely.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
no one communicates anymore like past years. everyone dislikes each other. there is never and employee engagement.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
go back to how it was before the company went public and stopped being a frontline first company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's great seeing on site and over seas locations get so many benefits. no one cares about wfh employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
TaskUs hasn't cared about their American employees in years. Everything overseas is more important because they are cheaper to keep employed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
this company does not have competitive pay. we no longer get holidays off. their idea of benefits revolves around the occasional free food day for on site employees only, which I am not.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like my direct manager, she is kind and cares very much her employees. everyone else above them have no idea what it's like to be a teammate for a company that stopped caring about their employees years ago.
