I work from home and I like the current working style.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I don't have any close coworkers. It would be great if I had them so that I can ask anything about work with no hesitation.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I work from home and all of us are on zoom while working. I know we're busy but there's no chance to get to know each other. I even feel there's the unconscious phychological barrier wiht us. It'd be great there's a BBS online so that we can introduce ourselves.
