bad when it comes to suspensions, it's very easy get suspended even when it is not something you can control we are offered rest/sick days, but rarely we can take them, permission to use them is hard, so it's not great given that the pay is not at par with other centers

Better higher weekly pay, that gives the message the company values their work force
