Dissatisfied with the service, Our operations (chariot) promised us to provide Overtime incentives from July - sept. And we complied with that however up until now we havent received the fruits of our labor. I will talk to DOLE soon if this wont be fixed

What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is very flexible, even though that the management is worse. We've become resilient with the terrible storms ops is giving us but this shouldn't be viewed as a positive thing
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Higher compensation to us must be considered because of the inflation rate in the Ph affecting the economy. I feel undervalued because of our current SOM who doesn't care about her employees
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I only like my immediate supervisor but the operations are worse. SOM Judith is not considerate and pro agents so most of the employees are going away. We dont feel we are important
