I was the one who joined Taskus during the pandemic and now I have completed almost a period of three years of WFH and with the support of my TLs and managers and of course our company, I want to continue in more coming years.

I love my job. Especially when it is WFH.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In the beginning there were many gifts and prizes (rewards were given to us for achieving more then target) for extra ordinary performance not it is being stop.
