So far so good since I badly needed a job. But there are lots of deduction in pay slips like the BIR taxes. Other teammates don't have deduction it's just so unfair.

I hope there will be more cash incentives specially when your part of best team or teammates. So that it could help us teammates to encourage us to do best in our job.
