Conducting training onsite for permanent work from home LOBs helps in establishing connection with the new team members. This is beneficial in creating a healthy working environment and teamwork.

My managers embodies our core values and are indeed people-centric. We are treated as a person and prioritizes our well-being. We are also guided on the path that we want to pursue.
