I'm most happy when we interact with the team during team meetings.

incentives, it is low compared to other compared to other companies I worked for.

I would say that our team really performs well, we share ideas and help each other.

What I like about the leadership team is that they always update us on what's happening in the LOB.

The most positive about the culture and environment at the company is that we provide feedback and we practice positive scripting as much as possible.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is no yearly appraisal and low incentives. It would be better if we have higher incentives like other healthcare campaigns. Especially now a days we're all affected in global crisis due to the war between Ukraine and Russia. Everything became expensive.
