Since I'm still new here, I'm still gauging my experience. But compared to other companies I've been to, TaskUs really seems to have such full potential. It's difficult to leave such a positive environment and miss out on your potential growth.
What makes you most happy at work?
Free lunch mainly lol. I'm still trying to gauge what else, but for now... just the free lunch.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're quite hands on (Executives). For my manager, there's still a lot to improve but he's one of the best managers I've had from other companies
What are some of the best things about your team?
I can see that my coworkers are bright and intelligent. I believe TaskUs hired us with the intent to filter only the ones who have the skills to pass a certain standard they've set.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've already experienced higher salaries with less work and a less complicated account. I would prefer to get a higher compensation since the account is quite complex. But, one of the main reasons I stay is because there's better growth and opportunities available in TaskUs.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
TaskUs stays true to our core values of "I Do, WE ACT. Be Ridiculous". Free lunch? Cool and functional facilities for recreation? Programs for engagement? I'm really seeing a lot of potential with the company. I also just hope that our compensation can be more competitive with other companies :)
