its a great job, i love what i do. but am very stressed cause of the TL i have. only time i hear from him is when his scores arent what he wants them at and im part of the reason. ive set up a goal in Boost, and hes not said anything about it. and when i have coaching - he does not show up in zoom.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
the good out weighs the bad - i been here 2 yrs and it don't seem that long. so that's a good thing.
What makes you most happy at work?
taking calls and staying busy
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
being a leader and less worried about stats and being #1 all the time.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
everyone respects each others ways, ethics, morals, and values. regardless of theirs. and that's a good thing.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
pay raise. we do the same job as on site workers yet they get paid $3 more than us

cant really say since i work from home. but people are really down to earth and a lot of fun in the chat
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
less emergency bios when its b2b, separate they're personal life from work. grammar, and following simple instructions. less chatting in chat unless its work related or an announcement.
What makes you most happy at work?
staying busy. Most happy before work cause I'm employed. Happy at work cause I'm working. and happy to help people navigate & learn about they're accounts, accessing them online or in an app. being thanked for teaching them what they thought they couldn't learn. that's one of the best feelings.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
wfh vs. on site. benefits, hours, OT, paid b-days, job duties, expectations are all one & the same. But agents on site get paid more than wfh agents. its not fair. We perform the same tasks, follow the same policies and rules & keep stats at required levels, times or %'s.
What are some of the best things about your team?
there is always someone there to help if needed cause our TL is never around. only time we hear from him is in morning when he says GM, Lunch on his lunch, and brb sometimes, and GN team when he leaves. i go almost all day to get a response from him when i message him. its frustrating
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I'm in trng for a diff cmpgn, but trainers Beya & Kevin are the most patient, real, above & be-yonders! they're leadership as a whole is what we need. They're caring , reliable & fair. and its sincere! TL's care about stats more than the team. I wish they ( Beya or Kevin ) were gonna be my TL.
