My experience is great! I have no regrets in transferring to taskus. I think it is one of the most innovative people centric companies. I just hope there will be adjustments when it comes to pay . I know the company is struggling right now, but I hope, our salary can be more competitive in this econ

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The fact that everyone welcomes you and accomodates your questions. The fact that they understand your shortcomings and help you work on it on your pace.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Taskus has done a lot to make sure that our needs as employees are provided. However, with the crisis right now, I think the pay is no longer enough. But I appreciate that TKU is doing their best to provide, if they can give an increase to everyone with tenure, it will be very much appreciated.
