I can really tell that there's a difference on how they manage our account before vs. now. It seems like they forget to "work hard, have fun". Compensation wise, the annual increase really helps but doesn't help a lot. Work-from-home set-up is the very reason why most of us choose to stay.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
WFH can be an advantage but it is also a burden, with the current basic pay we're getting and the continuous price increase of commodities, I think it is not fair - considering that we're being outsourced internationally and the current minimum wage here in the PH, there's no big difference.
