Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

WFH can be an advantage but it is also a burden, with the current basic pay we're getting and the continuous price increase of commodities, I think it is not fair - considering that we're being outsourced internationally and the current minimum wage here in the PH, there's no big difference.
