Company is good especially on there promising benefits and all package. But with the management hope it will improve more that the employee have feel being taking care of, not just same as other company that is always business assusual and not to care of there employee.

as per having new TL month by month trying to cope and adjust on changes phase evertime
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
first anf formost all of the benefits was so hard to process like the retirement and scholarship also paying that loan on sss and pagibig
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Nowadays it was getting toxic filling UL, unlike before we feel that it was our previledge but now it seems that they dont want us to use them that we dont have rights at all.
