Taskus is a very good company and the process of American Airlines is so good, but the operations and management department made it so bad and negative environment to work. It gives so much demotivation every single day because of operations team only. Also the rehiring should be started. Important

Nothing. All are cheaters and do not care about the teammates. Specially operations.

All are supportive and hard working but here only favorite teammates are getting promoted and and deserving not.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
All the freshers should get same salary and all experienced should get same salary. Management for the Oorja site should be modified so that we can work more effectively and efficiently.
