Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
The way they handle my queries and grievances is awesome. I was able to properly talked with the right people enough to make stay in the company up until now. I hope that they will continue the core value of our company when we inspire others through our team work makes the dream work.

The transparency and their willingness to help.
What makes you most happy at work?
The music and how the lobby and production space is huge.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they are open to suggestion and each other's opinion.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There are always happy whatever jobs we may have even though sometimes we feel undervalued due to compensation or salary increase.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive is how the upper management is handling teammate with their question and how they try to accommodate our needs.
What makes you most happy at work?
First is the space it's awesome, then the food, and lastly the people that I see everyday whether it would be my teammate.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We have been trained with multiple workflow and working on different jobs everyday. I feel that it's only fair to get a fair increase in our salary or skill allowance.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Right now I just change team and they were very friendly to me, very approachable and and they always lend a helping hand if I need. Nobody is perfect but we make our imperfection a challenge to be a better person.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part is the transportation allowance because of my distance from the office. I know it's not enough but we must treasure what is given and make the most out of it. Also, the HMO coverage special I have a child it really help me a lot.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I really like best about our leadership team specially the higher management is that they are very visible in terms of help. They would assure that you are valued and you are part of the team. They will never leave you behind in times that you needed them most. Thank you Taskus.
