I am happy to be part of TaskUs because they have a great leadership management. Leaders are well trained to manage the teammates with respect though sometimes I do see favoritism but in my heart I know that it's not TaskUs culture. I appreciate that we discuss TaskUs culture every quarter

I am happy at work when I am given the time talking with my colleagues

They are so concern about our mental health and wants us to reach our career goals

the best things about our team is we get together genuinely even though we have attitude differences we respect each other
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive culture in our company is Work Hard Have Fun - Exerting your full effort at work means that you have more room for fun - after work hours!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
- compensation not well paid for me cause the workload is kind of heavy - benefits - HMO - some of the lab test that I need to undergo is not covered unlike Maxicare that all labtest are almost covered
