I like how the team are organizing engagement every now and then to socialize outside work.

The free food that they give but also when I see improvement to the team I handle.

When they try to include everyone to their conversation, they made me feel like I belong and fit in.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Since I'm in transition to a new position, the interim allowance does not do justice to what the amount of tasks is handed to you.
