they are hands on to tm's.

I was not aware of that.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are good friends, literally.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I don't know, maybe additional compensation that best suits the inflation and more amenities like HTW and Ortigas site.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think, being SME in DVO doesn't have much of a change since some TM's are still way ahead of our salary even if we are SME's.
