So far I can't say anything negative about the company. Call centers have a bad reputation and I find myself waiting for the deadly blow... but it never comes. Hope it stays that way
What are some of the best things about your team?
They always seem very relaxed and they like their job
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They let you work. Whenever they have to interrupt a call, they do it very respectfully and rarely do.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I just feel like the quality of work I do is above standard. But I'm just an above standard worker
What makes you most happy at work?
That I work from home!!!! Definitely would not be working here if I had to be in the office every day.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The atmosphere is very welcoming. I'm still fairly new and I'm sure I'll probably like the company more as time goes by. I'm just very skeptic because of all the other call centers I've encountered
