Series of ups and downs, recent change to management seems challenging for me and my mentor/TL/ims since she's deemed very strict. Due to the recent shifting and changing of LOB's for some teammates, closest person I can describe as a friend was assigned to a diff LOB made me very DEPRESSED and SAD.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency and willingness to assist even outside working hours
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More competitive salary, Timewarp and SRT Variance sometimes its annoying since switch auxes with two websites gets tedious sometimes, higher salary in general, internet allowance for WFH
What are some of the best things about your team?
Its really hard to read someone's emotion through just chatting since we are WFH, interacting with friendly teammates through chat or other outside 3rd party apps during non working hours..
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The closest thing to a friend I had was moved a different LOB, recently taskus has been shifting teammates(adding, removing, replacing teammates), made me very sad, broken and DEPRESSED, maybe give those people who were assigned to different LOB's to get back to their old teams and LOB's
