TaskUs itself was fantastic in terms of benefits and service. The environment that they are trying to provide was also exceptional. However, when it comes to management there are times that we feel a bit unfair and insecure with our position.

I love my co-workers but I would prefer to work from home again.

The compensation is not enough to cover the stress that we are getting from our leaders.
What makes you most happy at work?
It makes me happy to see my co-workers still joking around and making the ambiance light even if we are on a stressful situation.
