My overall experience with our company is that we are committed to every engagement that we have. We are also passionate in doing our jobs accurately and lastly, I love the way how the manager or everyone treat each others fairly.

Transportation Allowance that gives me enough money for my other expenses.

My teammates and as well as the management. Stress-free environment and non-toxic society.

Their thoughts and concern about the well-being of their teammates. They managed it very well.

The people around me and also the management that supports me all throughout my stay here in our company.

The most positive culture of our company is being #Astig as a chant made by our very own Beepeeh Al Sese.

All the managers and even teammates were kind to each other. We have our fair share of respect and the value of being a person all the time.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There was a disconnection between the Payroll and the management. My triple pay was not yet compensated. It's been 3 consecutive payouts. I am hoping to get it as soon as possible.
