At first, it was good. Then a lot changed and clients demands a lot. I understand that but please be considerate for your agents or there will be no more agents working. We feel undervalued. Like me, I have vertigo and I travel 2 hours going to work and vice versa.
What makes you most happy at work?
None. because of my travel time.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My TL is supportive and fun. The management, not.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I don't feel like people first is felt by the agents.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There were a lot of changes, asking us to train to 2 different LOB without allowance. How fair is that?
What are some of the best things about your team?
We're united and even the pressure is on, we still look for the positive side and work together and assist each other.
