Trying to move up in the company is horrible. You apply for a position in workday, you get turned down with no reason and no chance to interview. HR communication is horrible
What is the best part about your compensation package?
That there is one. But the insurance could be much better and provide better coverage.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The immediate team isn't bad and the team leader does their best to be there for ya when needed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The team leader does a good job and stays in communication with ya trying to make the work atmosphere a fun place.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Corporate has poor communication when it comes to job placement. You apply for a job in workday and just get turned down all of the time without any reason or communication
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
TaskUs is famous for taking jobs out of the US and moving them overseas. Quickly laying people off with minimum notice without assistance in relocating employees to a different position. Plus only provides a 2-week severance package and cheats people out of the PTO time they earned.
