Everything is good except for the Payroll Team when there are salary Disputes like the Triple pay From January no progress is shown not even any info or apology from the delay. Still no progress up until now and February is nearing it's end. I feel like Payroll is not doing anything.

The best team ever I could ask for nothing wrong with my current team, but my previous team co worker spreads hearsay so I don't feel like giving this a good score because of them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Something to do with Holiday, Triple Pay, Night diff Salary Dispute issue from January has not shown any Progress. not even any info or apology for the delay from the payroll team could be seen. As if the Payroll is ignoring this issue, Every P-day is not the same anymore 3 disappointment in a row.
