To be honest, TaskUs as a whole is a good company, I think the problem lies with the people managing the teammates. I think if they prioritize the tenured one and give more value to them they will be more inspired and work hard to be efficient in their job.
What makes you most happy at work?
My team, because there we're no dull moments at all.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would really appreciate if there would be an increase in our salary and allowance at the same time.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My Team Leader as well as my Operations Manager make sure to get the help we needed to be efficient in our everyday task.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are working as one like the team look after each other. We are always there to help one another to meet our client's expectation. My team demonstrate the Teamwork Makes the Dreamwork motto.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
For me the inclusivity and diversity of one person to the team and also to the company. The feeling that you belong is something so special for me, because I don't want to feel not included anymore. That's an awful feeling to be honest. I'm thankful that in my team I don't feel excluded.
