Lets face the fact that TaskUs is the best company while we are challenge by the pandemic but since the struggle is over. TaskUs needs to adjust as well and be competitive again to be back on track. As a tenured agent, I don't see myself spending more years since the company salary is to low.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Salary increase and all positivity will follow.

Food Forward is awesome and nice

We are a small team consist of 5 including supervisor.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Tenured agents are undervalued, compensation is now terrible. TaskUs is now listed as one of the lowest paying BPOs in the country.
What makes you most happy at work?
Since our project is doing a diligent work according to client, I am very much happy that those words come from the client itself
What are some of the best things about your team?
This is for my current team! we are working as one literally team work is the key and we are open for any discussion to make our job fast, accurate and easy
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Let's be honest, before the culture is more than great but now after they provided a great culture, Taskus is thinking that culture will make the agents stay, that mindset is insane so the culture now just an history of the past.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Do not focus on new hires, do something to make your tenured employees stay, do something to make their mind TaskUs is the best company again not just in the pandemic and lets be honest TaskUs need to raise the salary of their employee specially the tenured ones.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
My answers are base from salary. It is not base place to work anymore since the salary that they are giving is not enough for todays market price. Salary is the number 1 reason why we work for in BPO industry, environment and culture is just a bonus.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salary raise, TaskUs needs to be competitive again with their salary specially with their tenured teammates. Do not just focus on new hires. TaskUs will be the best company again if they are being competitive with the salary but if not this is just a company that best to employed while in pandemic.
