The best compensation by far is the retirement plan and HMO, especially for dependents e.g. Parent

We as teammates are bonded and open to each other. We rely on each other like family.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Team Lead should be more empathetic and have a genuine approach. They're dealing with humans and not robots.
