It is nice environment, it has some bad thing but at the end. It is the best company I've ever worked with. It's hard to explain myself. Company is great but there are a few issues to fix. Some of my answers my look contrary of what I'm sayin here. But TaskUs is the best!

That I work from home. It is convenient for me.

Team Leaders need to be better. Some times we don't even know who are team leaders are.

That I get know different people and improve my personal skill on English while I do my work
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Recently in Mexico there was a rise on the minimal wage, I was not beneficiated by that my salary still the same as before that rise. They don't put enough attention on payments. Some times we have dispute payments
