Even though the start of this year is not favoring me, they managed to find a temporary assignment for me and that is fine with me as long as I will be able to get compensation.

I think, it will be the benefits provided by the company like HMO. It helped not only me but also my dependents.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Felt a little lost few weeks back due to floating status and with that, there's no income. Luckily I was chosen to be in People Operations Team temporarily. I am looking forward to work with this team soon if there's a chance.
