The company and the management is so good, salary is too low while the other companies can offer much better. No job security of course what do I expect htis is a bpo company

People are nice but however there is no security

Very transparent and supportive. They usually get n touch to us

Job security of course if you dont do any good you will be removed or transferred to other campaign
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's very low compared to other BPOs, cost of living nowadays is very expensive. As per one of my friends who came from Canada the kind of salary that we have in in the Phils is worst. She encourages me to apply to a diff company
