First few years with the company gives me that feeling that it was an upgrade from my previous company. But nearing 5 years with them, I somehow felt that my loyalty is not being valued as there were little to none improvement in terms of benefits and compensation

Personal requests are being taken into consideration so lo as it is doable and not against the company policy
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With the current situation in the PH, with all the inflation and higher cost of living, the old salary/compensation is not at par with other company that offers the same line of work.
