Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I get paid less than some of my Teamate and I do the same jobs as them, due to company policies or by my english level, i am not sure about that, but, i am making an effort to improve it and waiting for the opportunity to talk about this issue, meanwhile, i'm putting my best to improve my skills
