Overall experience is good so far, the major role though is played by my manager because of the support and opportunity I get from the manager. Other than the pay I don't find anything dissatisfactory in the organisation. I love the work culture and the leadership.
What makes you most happy at work?
My manager's way of work and the support of my team. The leadership's vision about the growth of our organisation. The opportunity to learn something new regularly.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is well aware of each others strengths, and weakness and is ready to jump-in for any help and support. We know that what motivates each other and are aligned towards the organisation goals.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
If you have an idea, it will be valued and you are given the opportunity to implement that idea. The mistakes are not always pin pointed and you are always given a chance to correct yourself.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think there should be some incentive plan for achieving the targets. I feel that the team is underpaid as compared to the other competitors in the market. We are not following the market standard for the support hirings.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team understands the employees and their teams very well. They are available for clearing any doubts and helping the team with any solution. I as a team member feels comfortable in talking to my leadership, they have not set any walls around them to cut them off.
