TaskUs is amazing but the operations are kind of so-so. I don't feel them since they are always in a meeting and in front of their laptops. Interaction with them is less.

They ar very transparent and would really help you grow as an employee.

Compensation is okay, but there are other company that offer higher with the same workload.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
compensation compare to other company is lower. it would be better if they would have a salary realignment for everyone
