What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
When you see your friends and not just a team. I mean it's different when there is bonding and closeness to each other, everyone is working together, pushing you up once you feel uncomfortable.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I can tell as of this moment as I can feel that we have our own way, we don't even know each other much, maybe because we have different shifts which are not good for the team, no bonding and it is just like do on your own thing.
