TaskUS is a great company however the account that I am with is the most likely tiring because as I said in previous comments It's like we almost handle all of the process and yet the compensation is low

I think there is nothing that my coworkers can do
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Based on my current skilling in my work I think that the compensantion is not fair enough between the workload
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I think the only thing that is wrong with my position is the compensation because we have so many skills it's almost like we handle everything and yet the compensation is not competitive
