The company is everything I could think of. The work culture, the team and the leaders, its a great place to work with. Can improve on the pay and yearly hike, rest all is extremely good.

The team that I work with, the work and the clients that I cater too.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My existing Team is very well calibrated, they bring in a vast experience which helps and motivates me.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is transparent in their approach. They act as a mentor and coach, guiding us through out.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The promotion hike that was communicated initially was something that I did not get. Secondly, there is disparity in the compensation. The performance bonus which is a major part of the salary is something which did not get 100% of the amount, this was not communicated earlier.
