My existing Team is very well calibrated, they bring in a vast experience which helps and motivates me.
The leadership team is transparent in their approach. They act as a mentor and coach, guiding us through out.
The promotion hike that was communicated initially was something that I did not get. Secondly, there is disparity in the compensation. The performance bonus which is a major part of the salary is something which did not get 100% of the amount, this was not communicated earlier.
