My experience with TaskUs has been surreal. It's my first actual job and I'm so glad that this was my first ever BPO as well. Having said that, the people, the culture, and the environment has been just perfect not only or me but for others as well!

While we have varying personalities, we absolutely blend and work well together when we need to.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The way they accept absolutely anyone as an employee if you can prove yourself. It's all about proving your worth and there is very little bias
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They genuinely care about you. They care about the employees as much as they care about performance and numbers, which is absolutely massive since most companies would only look at you as a number generator.
