I've been with TaskUs for more than 6 years, starting as a teammate and has then moved up the ladder. In those 6 years I've had 3 promotions and continuously looking forward to self-improvement and learning new skills to further my growth within the organization, with the help of my Mentors/Leaders.
What makes you most happy at work?
It's the thought that I am growing in and alongside the Company and organization.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our health/HMO benefits are the best since 2 dependents are free. We don't need to worry about our family as they can be covered without the need to shell out money.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
TaskUs being a frontline first company is something that I'm very proud of. The team upholds it's values in making sure that the employees comes first in every decision we make.
What are some of the best things about your team?
At TaskUs, we promote Teamwork Makes the Dream Work, and so we make sure that the teams are collaborative and learns from each other to be more efficient in achieving our goals.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team makes sure that communications are open and the "Why?" behind decisions and actions are well communicated. They are transparent and takes care of our well being as an employee and pushes us to our goals.
