What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
TaskUs introduced many kind of campaigns during its first two years and given many opportunities for filipino workers skilled and not so skilled.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
working here for 10 years and my monthly rate is almost the same as a new hired employee. I have done human project twice and they decided to align the basic pay to 14k to all employees tenured or not. My monthly basic back in 2020 is already 14k which is unfair they did not raised my basic pay
