We truly believe and live our core values, we also believe in extreme ownership and the blend of those principles drive results in an inclusive, team environment.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My compensation is made up of several components Base, Bonus and Equity - I like that the company gives me a great base salary. I get the opportunity to bonus annually and part of that is based on my performance and not just the companies. In addition I am now a part owner of Taskus w/equity awards.
