Good, not until this year came in, we were promised an additional pay for coming on over the holidays, not only that they didn't pay us, WE EVEN HAVE TO FILE OUR OWN TICKET AND CHECK OUR OWN SCHEDULE IN REFERENCE TO THEIR HOLIDAY PROMO JUST SO WE CAN GET A "CHANCE" TO BE GIVEN THAT INCENTIVE,

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Mostly the people that I'm interacting with, majority of them are nice.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They really look at ourselves as a team, like team that works together to reach one goal.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Please fix the issue with payroll. The least thing that a company can do is to pay their employees right, not more, not less. Because we worked for it!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Been asking this for a few years now, please give us an increase, TaskUs is the BEST company that I've been with during my more than 10 years tenure in the BPO industry, aside from the low salary.
