For almost seven years, I can say that I have not felt bored or burned out with what I do. Like I said, it is not without struggles, but the positive outweighs the negatives. I know that I can talk to my supervisor anytime I encounter some hiccups and she will help me navigate through it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They always make sure that everyone is well taken cared of.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The diversity. You'll meet people in all walks of life. No age or gender discrimination. They are compassionate about parents, pets, children. They give back to charities that benefits the less fortunates.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm just happy that I love what I do. It may not be without struggle, but it's less stressful than others. Probably because of the positive culture that our company instilled in us.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We put meaning to the word TEAM. Because we really are a team. Whatever accomplishments we earned, we earned it all together. The teams always comes through together when it's hectic. Everyone helps everyone.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The incentives, because we all get incentives equally and fairly. The bonuses/allowances. The retirement benefits, though it's voluntary, the fact that the company also contributes to it is great enough because I don't think other company has that.
