no words can explain how happy i am with Task us, i don't want to compare but out of 4 companies ive been with, this is the best. the level of learning I had here is way far from my previous one, it teaches me a lot, about how to become a great leader, a different aspect of leadership.

my team is not perfect but they are the best, we have respect for each other, and we listen and care for each other.

interaction with my colleague, everyone in the company are friendly, that even you don't know the person , everyone smiles at you and greet you

the best part is the HMO, on top of the 2 paid dependents, i got the chance to add to more which i am paying but that's worthy
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the campaign is not toxic, the whole site is superb, we have free food, and the best here is we care about the people, the company cares for the welfare of each individual,
What do you like best about the leadership team?
it cares about the well-being of individuals, and it always practices radical candor - it helps us manage our emotional intelligence, I'm learning a lot every day on how I can become a great leader to my team, it teaches a different level of leadership that will help me improve
