Although the process for salary increase is disappointing, I am able to grow within the company. Within the last 3 years, I have managed to maintain good performance and understand the core values of being an employee. Overall, I still like to work and even be promoted within the company.

I hope there will be an automatic evaluation and salary increase annually.

They find ways to improve the quality of the service that we provide.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have an Engagement team that promotes fun and ridiculous events. I appreciate what they do.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm happy that I'm still working from home. It saves me a lot of time spent for travelling to go to work and back.
